i’m a zen neophyte on one hand and on the other it’s been like a distant cousin that i get the occasional note from. but now we’ve been officially introduced and a partnership has been established. i always say that if i saw rinzai zen on a menu i probably wouldn’t have ordered it. but like most great things in my life i stumbled sideways into it and found a home.
